I have been going to court for 3 years fighting to visit with my son and after complying with all court records i'm in jail. I believe clearly that the legal process has been stacked against me. I am married and 5 children. I have worked for this company for 6 years and was let go 2-10-98 for low production and rumors. Nothing involving theft or sabatoge. In Jan. 98 I signed a non solicitation agreement that states "In order for --- to protect its confidential information, I agree that during my employment and for 3 years following the termination of my employment, I will not for any reason, directly or indirectly, in any manner, solicit, induce, influence, refer, divert or participate in the referral, solicitation or diversion of any customer of --- to switch to or contract for any --- telecommunications services, including cellular telephone service"
I am the only moneymaker as we homeschool and wish to continue. I need to get some help on this ASAP and I need to be up front and say I can't afford much. Please help as I don't want to move or change industries. This is for the state of Indiana.
