I bought a bumper to bumper service contract for my new Mazda. During the purchase of contact I was only shown the brochure and never saw the actual contract exclusions. The sales person insisted that everything was covered and pointed out the transmission coverage for standard (manual). My clutch now needs replacing and the dealership is refusing to pay for it since the service contract does not cover clutch repairs. I feel that I was mislead by their sales person and that the contract was misrepresented. Is there anything legally I can do?
