My husband has violated probation and is out on a cash bond with a hearing on 12/2 for "Motion to Adjudicate" guilt. Since the dispostion of the initial hearing was 1 year probation and was deferred, will he be going to jail? He holds a steady job and has a family to support. This is in the State of Texas. He is also planning to speak with the DA without representation.
