Please accept our sincere apology for the problem that has occurred with your air conditioning unit. You should give Regency Conversions the chance to correct the situation. But, without a vehicle identification number or a dealership name, we have no way to track whether we have even been notified by the dealership where the repairs were done. It sounds like it was handled in a manner that Regency does not concider acceptable. Please, contact our service department @ 1-800-989-4727 and speak with our Customer Service Mgr. regarding the a/c problem that you are experiencing with your GMC Safari. We are not aware of any non-repairable air conditioning problems with our minivans and would like to know all information regarding the matter. We have a 3 year/36,000 mile warranty on ALL vehicles. Our warranty includes ALL failures due to workmanship and material defects. Regency Conversions is one of the highest quality conversions on the market and we stand behind our product with much pride. Please contact Regency COnversions ASAP so this situation can be resolved.
